Section |
The Political Section is responsible for reporting on political
developments in the US as they affect Korea-U.S. relations and representing
Korean interests in negotiations with appropriate officials of the U.S.
Government.

Congressional Section
|
The Congressional Section monitors and analyzes actions of the United
States Congress as they pertain to the Republic of Korea.
|
Economic |
The Economic section is concerned with bilateral economic
and trade relations between the Republic of Korea and the United States.
It represents Korean economic interests and maintains contacts with the US Department of Commerce, the US Trade Representative, and other economic and trade agencies.

Education
|
The Education Section is responsible for promoting Korea-U.S.
educational cooperation and exchange. They also recruit English teachers for Korean public school through the EPIK(English Program in Korea).

Military Alliance |
The office of Defense Attache maintains military relations with the United States. They also serve as a liaison between United States

The Korean Cultural Service aims to promote awareness of Korea within the American community. The KCS regularly hosts the following cultural and educational events:
- A year-round Korean language class program, held in the evenings for 10-week sessions per semester
- Bi-weekly film screenings featuring recent Korean films with English subtitles
- Monthly art exhibitions
- Book readings & discussions
- Monthly music concerts
- On-site Research library (English & Korean language)
- Audio/Visual materials
